GENERAL TERMS OF SALE BYLEOPOLD
The present conditions of sale define the contractual relations between BYLEOPOLD and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial site of www.byleopold.ch (http://www.byleopold.ch), whether the buyer is a professional or an individual.
BYLEOPOLD reserves the right to change its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

CONTRACT
The acquisition of a property through the merchant site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions. We can cancel an order without providing any explanation.

PRICES
The prices in the catalogue are in Swiss Francs (CHF). BYLEOPOLD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not take into account the delivery expenses which are invoiced in supplement, and indicated before the validation of the order. The conversion to other currencies will be done at the level of your bank.

ORDERS
The buyer must complete the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the requested details. He/she must validate his order after having verified it. After validation of it, it can not be modified.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale.

RETRACTION
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 7 days from the receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. This is not valid for professional dealers.

PAYEMENT
The payment is due when ordering.
Only the means of payment listed on the online store byleopold.ch (http://byleopold.ch) will be authorized. The invoice of your order constitutes a proof of purchase.

DELIVERY
Delivery may take several weeks if the product is not in stock (3-5 weeks).
Delivery will be made once payment is received. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products left the premises of BYLEOPOLD. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier company within three days from delivery date.
We deliver all over Europe, the costs are at your expense and vary depending on the delivery area.

GARANTEE
All products supplied by the seller have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Damage caused by the buyer or any third party is not covered by this warranty.
In case of quality non-compliance of a sold product, it can be returned to the seller who will take it back and exchange or refund it.

MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
It is your responsibility to refer to the user manual provided with each item.

COLOURS
Our products are produced in a traditional way. The color of these can slightly vary from photos viewed on screen, we do not enter in matter in this case of non-conformity. The photos posted on the site byleopold.ch (http://byleopold.ch) are not contractual.

GIFT VOUCHER
A gift voucher is valid for 1 year, it can be used several times. It is not redeemable for money.

RETURNS
You can make a return up to 7 days after receipt of your item if the item has not been worn. This must be instructed by email to the following address mailto:hello@byleopold.ch The packaging must be intact. If all the conditions mentioned above are not fulfilled, the return is not accepted. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expenses as well as any customs clearance costs. The amount of the order, excluding shipping and customs, is refunded upon receipt of the item which must be intact.
We do not refund the item if it has not arrived (loss post, ...), to prevent this taking, tracking your shipment is recommended.

COPYRIGHT
All rights of brand, photos, design are deposited and protected.
Any imitations or reproduction, even partial, is liable to a fine.

APPLICABLE RIGHT
Swiss law applies to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is La Chaux-de-Fonds.
